In this second edition of Trial Practice, one of the first trial advocacy books, the authors provide a comprehensive update and overview of what it takes to successfully try a case before a jury or a judge, from trial strategy to implementation. With co-authors Lawrence A. Dubin and Thomas F. Guernsey, who wrote the first edition, Professors Michael W.
