Regulation of Health Care Professionals: 2005 Cumulative Update on Health Law

This supplement brings the student and practitioner up to date on developments in the regulation of health care professionals. Each chapter has been updated with recent case law. This includes an extensive updating of Chapter 8 to include new Supreme Court decisions affecting the application of ERISA to state law causes of action. In addition, Chapter 5 has been significantly updated to reflect changes brought about by the EMTALA Final Rule issued by CMS in September of 2003.
