Phillip A. Hubbart
Phillip Hubbart served for 19 years as a judge on the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida; 12 years as a public defender in Miami, Florida and Washington, D.C.; and over 30 years as an adjunct professor of law in Miami teaching criminal law related courses. He is currently a member of the law firm of Wetherington, Klein & Hubbart in Miami, specializing in appellate practice.
