John D. Bessler
John D. Bessler teaches at the University of Baltimore School of Law and the Georgetown University Law Center. He is also of counsel to the Minneapolis law firm of Berens & Miller, P.A. In 2018, he was a visiting scholar at the Human Rights Center of the University of Minnesota Law School and received the University System of Maryland Regents' Faculty Award for Excellence in Scholarship, Research, or Creative Activity.
